1. How does the online programming subscription work?
Once you have signed up for your recurring subscription, you will be emailed a link where you will activate your package and be directed to download the Everfit app.
Once you are logged in, you will be asked to fill in 2 questionnaires so I can learn about you, your goals and ensure that you are safe to exercise.
Using this information, I will then assign workout programs to you that you will be able to access via you app. You can follow these workouts whenever it is convenient for you. You will track your progress using the app and I will be able to see what is going on so I can advise on any changes that need to be made. Programs will be updated every 4 weeks if needed.
You can also track habits, record other activities you do outside of the sessions, link the app to your smart watch to log steps and complete a weekly self-check in to keep accountable to your goals.
I generally work at Les Mill Newmarket from Monday - Friday, 5.30am-12.30pm and Saturdays 7.15am-10am. If you see me at the gym, and I am not with an in-person client, I will be more than happy to check your technique and answer your questions face to face. I will also be running workshops where I will focus on specific movements that will be open for all program users to attend.
2. What is included in the app?
The subscription includes;

3. Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The program is designed for all fitness levels.
There will be technique videos for you to watch and you can reach out to me with any questions you may have about how to perform an exercise or use a piece of equipment.
4. Can I do this at home, or do I need the gym?
If you do not have access to a gym, then you will have access to workouts that can be done at home. While some home workouts can be done with bodyweight only, I would recommend dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and a mat to work out at home.
5. How long do the workouts take?
Most workouts should take between 45-60 minutes, but the programs can be made shorter or longer depending on your preference. Please let me know any particular requirements in the questionnaire you will fill in on subscribing.
6. How many workouts per week are included?
This depends on your personal preference, but typically 3-5 workouts per week are included. Please let me know any particular preferences in the questionnaire you will fill in on subscribing.
7. Can I customize the program to fit my schedule?
Yes, you can do the workouts whenever suits you so you can fit them around your lifestyle.
8. What type of workouts are included?
The workouts include; strength training, mobility, and core specific workouts. You can always reach out with special requests if there is something specific you want to work on.
9. Will this help me lose fat/build muscle/get stronger?
To lose fat, build muscle or get stronger, there are lots of different factors involved including your nutrition, sleep, general lifestyle, and your structured exercise.
If you can work out with intensity and with consistency, then the program will help to support your goals for fat loss, muscle gain, and improved strength.

10. How do I know if I’m doing the exercises correctly?
Each exercise includes a demonstration video and instructions. If you still feel unsure, you can record a video of yourself doing the exercise and send it to me for evaluation via the app. Or if you are a member of Les Mills Newmarket and you see me at the gym, as long as I am not with an in-person client, I will be more than happy to check your technique and answer your questions face to face.
11. What if I have an injury or limitation?
The workout programs are not designed to take the place of exercises set for you by a medical professional such as a Physiotherapist. Please get in touch if you would like to subscribe and we can explore whether we can modify exercises based on your needs, or provide alternative movements.
12. How do I track my progress?
Progress is tracked through the app during the workout where you will be able to record your weights lifted, the number of repetitions and any notes on the intensity level or difficulty of the exercise. When you come to do the workout again, you will be able to bring forward the weight, reps and notes from the previous workout so that you can ensure you keep progressing in some way or another, be that via weight lifted, repetitions completed or just an improvement in how challenging you find the movement.
13. Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Nutrition guidance is not part of the online programming, but if you are interested in getting some help with your nutrition, enquire here.
14. How much does the subscription cost?
It costs NZD$19.75 per week to access to the online programming subscription, with a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
There is a 7 day free trial period so you can try out the app before you choose to commit to the full subscription. You will be asked for your card details, but your card will only be charged at the end of the free trial if you choose to continue on.
15. Is there a minimum commitment, or can I cancel anytime?
After your initial 4 weeks, you can cancel anytime.
16. How do I access the workouts once I subscribe?

18. Will I get support if I have questions about my training?
Yes, you’ll have access to resources via the app and will be able to message me directly through there.

19. Is there a community or group for accountability?
Within the app, you will be invited to join a community group with the other people who have subscribed to the online programming.
