Monday to Friday, 5.30am- 1pm and Saturday 7.30am-10am
30 min, 45 min and 60 min sessions available.
Includes: Consultation, Goal Setting, Body Composition Measurements (on request), Progress Tracking and Individualized training specific to your needs and goals
